Winemaking Vineyards: Hand-picked grapes, gently pressed with whole bunches. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes: Expressive aroma of tropical fruit combined with spices, fresh, saline and elegant on the palate.
Varieties: 100% Verdelho.
