Counselling Service
Upon request and availability, World Top Wines offers wine advice on building a personal wine cellar, building a wine list for a restaurant or even drawing up a wine list for parties (weddings, birthdays or christenings). This advice is given by duly qualified and certified professionals who work as consultants for World Top Wines.

- Free from 75€: Deliveries to mainland Portugal and Spain
All it takes is a 75€ order to be free of postage in mainland Portugal and Spain, with no other hidden costs.
For orders of less than 75€, the delivery charge will be 5€.
Delivery time varies (depending on the area of the country and the time the order is placed) between 1 and 3 working days.
- Free from 135€: Azores and Madeira
All you need is a 135€ order to be free of postage to destinations in the Azores and Madeira.
For amounts less than 135€, a 10€ delivery fee will be charged.
The delivery time depends on which island the goods are destined for, as well as the day the order is placed, but you should expect delivery within 10 working days.
- Europe 20€ Flat Rate: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Orders placed to these European countries have a flat rate of 20€ regardless of the number of bottles ordered. Orders over 100kg may be subject to restrictions.
- Europe 30€ Flat Rate: Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Poland
Orders placed to these European countries have a flat rate of 30€ regardless of the number of bottles ordered. Orders over 100kg may be subject to restrictions. Orders to Malta need prior confirmation
Climatic conditions
The quality of the wines is a priority for World Top Wines. This is the case in extreme conditions, such as extreme heat waves, extreme cold waves or unsuitable sea conditions (delivery to islands). We reserve the right to postpone delivery until the conditions are met again, without this implying any kind of compensation for the customer
In addition, as we work with an external delivery service provider, this may determine a lack of delivery conditions for some areas due to unforeseen factors such as calamities, other extreme situations or other legal measures as happened during the pandemic.
Holidays and other delivery constraints
Delivery times may be extended in the event of holidays or sudden illness of our staff. At peak delivery times such as Christmas, this period may be extended. We will inform our customers whenever we become aware of any factor that disrupts the normal operation of our services.
Returns and non-collection
When you make your purchase, the delivery service you have contracted is for one delivery attempt. For Portugal, our carrier almost always offers a second delivery attempt, with your parcel going to the collection points. If for any reason the order is not collected and is therefore returned, World Top Wines reserves the right to charge the customer the total costs of delivery and return, which will be deducted from the amount paid to the customer for the order placed.
