Textura Pura White 2022

Textura Pura White 2022 was produced from old vines in the Dão. It is a low intervention white wine, very elegant and with lively acidity despite its density and complexity. It's a young white wine with the capacity to evolve in the bottle. It goes well with oily fish, octopus and shellfish.

Vinification: Fermented in foudre barrels without temperature control. Aged in the same barrels for 11 months.

Tasting Notes: Yellow with a greenish hue. Rich and fresh, salivating with its vibrant acidity. It's still a young white wine with the capacity to evolve in the bottle.
