A rich, structured country wine from the Alentejo, with notes of citrus, lychee and toast. The vibrant acidity balances the wine and gives it a long, fresh finish.

Winemaking/Vineyards: Bunch sorted before being destemmed and crushed. Colonization 48 hours cold. 15% of the blend fermented and aged for 4 months in new 500L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Rich and structured palate, creamy texture, fresh acidity that gives balance and a long finish.
