VolteFace Reserve Red Wine 2021

Volteface, a project by a bold winemaker who makes wines to remember: Teresa Metelo Dias.

The project began in 2012 with the VolteFace brand, and in 2012 the first vintage of this wine, which already marks a region, was released.

Volteface Reserva Red is a blend of Alicante Bouchet and Petit Verdot with 12% Syrah, all aged for 12 months in a mixture of French and New American oak. Its alcohol content is 15%.

Producer's Tasting Notes: "Dark garnet-coloured wine, with compote aromas of red fruits, spices and toast, with noble and firm tannins in a powerful and elegant finish."

Volte Face Red 2021 is of well above average quality for a wine in this price range. We can say that this wine is not for the faint-hearted!
