'Impecável' White 2022 is a wine of pure pleasure, perfect for drinking with friends. It expresses the reality of old Dão wine. Unoaked, very fresh, easy to drink and above all very gastronomic. It goes well with lightly spiced dishes, seafood, roast fish, white meats and pasta.

Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand, transported to the winery where they were carefully selected, sent to the destemmer and by gravity to the pneumatic press, where they were delicately pressed, followed by fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Once the alcoholic fermentation was complete, the wine was cleaned and the malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, where it aged for 6 months before being bottled.

Tasting notes: Citrus yellow color, clear and bright. Intense aromas, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit. The palate is very intense, with peach aromas and floral notes of jasmine standing out. Firm, well-integrated acidity. Very balanced and persistent finish. Good volume in the mouth, young, with good acidity, it's a wine you want to drink without being heavy thanks to its balance. Long finish, very refreshing.
