'Ideal' Branco 2022 is complex and elegant, typical of the region, where fresh fruit prevails. It is easy to like and drink, designed to be enjoyed by those who appreciate fine Dão wines. Perfect with oysters, baked fish, poultry and white meats.

Vinification: Grapes were transported in 15 kg boxes and sent by gravity to the (slow) press, which extracts and preserves the grapes' primary aromas. The must was decanted for 24 hours in stainless steel vats, followed by alcoholic fermentation, controlling the temperature and without the addition of any chemical products. The must fermented with the grape's natural indigenous yeasts. Finally, it was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Very fresh, delicate and mineral character. The aroma is austere with notes of stone and, in the glass, shows complexity with slight smoky, citrus and floral notes. The palate is creamy, with a very balanced natural acidity, firm and persistent. Very rich, but always fresh and light, it shows a perfect fruit/acidity balance. Notes of white flowers and dried fruit give a mineral, salty, very long and enveloping finish.
