Parapente Loureiro 2022

Parapente Loureiro 2022 is a vibrant expression of classic vinho verde, offering freshness and elegance. With the Loureiro grape variety as its protagonist, this white wine enchants with its intense aroma, combined with simplicity and purity. Ideal to accompany seafood dishes, grilled fish or to be enjoyed on its own.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, only in the morning to preserve maximum freshness at night and preserve the highest quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous screening, gentle pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation in used 300 litre French oak barrels. After fermentation we opted for a 10-month ageing period in contact with the fine lees, with battonage only for the first 3 months of ageing.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour. Citrus flavours, fine, precise, with high quality fruit, orange peel, quince. Flavour: Firm acidity in a complex full of brightness, tension and freshness. Elegant and precise finish.
