Geantet-Pansiot Marsannay Blanc 2022 reveals the little-known elegance of white Côte de Nuits, in an appellation where the producer has distinguished itself through the precision and purity of its wines. The Geantet family, active since the 1950s, has always valued meticulous work in the vineyard and the honest expression of the terroir. In Marsannay, the limestone soils and moderate yields allow the domaine to create a vibrant Chardonnay full of character.

Vinification: 2022 was an exceptional year in Burgundy: warm but balanced conditions produced grapes of excellent concentration and natural freshness. Vinification follows the traditional style of the house: manual harvesting, gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, and partial ageing in used barrels, just enough to round out the wine without taking away its tension.

Tasting Notes: The nose features notes of white peach, green apple, lemon zest and white flowers, accompanied by a subtle limestone minerality. On the palate, it is precise and structured, with fine acidity, a creamy texture and a salty, lingering finish that faithfully reflects the Marsannay terroir.
