Hugo Mendes' Fernão Pires 2024 revisits the grape variety that inspired the start of his project: to showcase an authentic, fresh and evolving version of this Portuguese grape in Lisbon.

Vintage: Early harvest to avoid the excessive floral expression typical of Fernão Pires and preserve acidity and tension. Very limited production: 1,190 bottles (bottled in March 2025).

Vinification Early harvest (taking into account industry standards) to avoid the excessive floral expression typical of this grape variety. The grapes were pressed directly, followed by spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17°C. After fermentation, the wine rested on the lees until bottling, without bâtonnage, fining or filtration. 10.5% vol.; pH 3.44; TA 5.92 g/L; residual sugar <0.6 g/L.
