IMPECÁVEL is a 100 per cent wine made from the region's queen white grape variety, Encruzado. This Impecável 2024 is an example of why this variety is gaining more and more fans. The vineyards are between 30 and 50 years old and are mainly located in the mountain sub-region of Terras de Senhorim, the most balanced sub-region for whites, naturally giving elegant and fresh wines.

Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand in 15kg crates, carefully transported to the winery where they were carefully selected on the sorting table, followed by destemming and gravity conveyed to the pneumatic press, where they were gently pressed, followed by fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Once the alcoholic fermentation was complete, the wine was cleaned and the malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, where it was aged for 6 months before being bottled. 4527 0.75 litre bottles were produced.

Producer's tasting notes: Citrus yellow colour, clear and bright. Aromatically intense, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach and nectarine. Floral notes of jasmine. The palate is very intense, with peach flavours and floral notes once again standing out. Firm, well-integrated acidity. A very balanced and persistent finish. With a good volume in the mouth, young, with good acidity, it's a wine that makes you want to drink it, without being heavy thanks to its balance. Long finish, very refreshing.
