Wine & Soul 'Manoella' 10 Year Old Tawny Port

The NV 10 Year Old Tawny Port Manoella is a field blend (over 30 different grapes) from Manoella's old vineyards. It was bottled in June of 2021 with a long cork and 118 grams of residual sugar. This delivers by tasting great, helped along by a blast of sugar. It doesn't quite have the status it seems to announce, though, because it seems a little flabby rather than lively, a little unfocused. It is deep and delicious nonetheless, with a big finish for a 10 Year. It showed better 48 hours later, becoming a bit more serious and more nuanced. It's a very respectable 10 Year that everyone can admire, but the price point is difficult.
