Scala Coeli White 2020

Scala Coeli owes its name to the Monastery of Santa Maria Scala Coeli, commonly known as the Carthusian Monastery, where the Carthusian monks lived in silence and prayer. It is the result of the best vinifications of each year in granite soil from grape varieties less traditional to the Alentejo and was first produced in 2008.

Vinification: The result of the vinification of the carefully selected Viosinho grape variety, fermenting in stainless steel tanks, ageing for 12 months on fine lees and periodic batonnage.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
