Tirado a Ferros Homenagem Avó Mariana 95 Years Old White

Tirado a Ferros Homenagem Avó Mariana 95 Anos White is a wine from the granite soil of the Dão region. Made by the producer in honour of his grandmother in her 95th birthday year, only 593 bottles were produced with white grapes harvested in 2015, 2017 and 2019.

Vinification: Fermentation in new French oak barrels, with no temperature control and exclusive use of indigenous yeasts. 60 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Rich aroma full of complexity and exotic, high quality barrel and white flowers and stone fruit. In the mouth it's full of powerful acidity and very persistent.
