A deep and complex aroma of wet stone, light paraffin, crystallised citrus fruit and flint. Lots of character in a white that evokes spices like saffron, candied white fruit, dried grass, in a creamy body with excellent acidity and length, never losing balance despite the high alcohol. Full of personality, it grows with time in the glass.
