Demencia Villegas 2019 is a local red wine. Villegas is an emblematic place for the producer, the landscape where this dream was born. The clay-textured soil has a high sand content, very unusual in the Bierzo region, which gives it an unquestionable personality, demonstrating the great adaptation of the Mencía variety to the climates of El Bierzo. Each year this vineyard is made separately and the vintages that are considered most special are bottled in a limited production.

Tasting notes: Villegas is located in Valtuille de Abajo, with great regularity, providing a very austere wine, but with great depth. The Demencia Villegas 2019 can be kept in the cellar for 10 years, improving its qualities, but it is already at a great tasting point.
