Marcado a Ferros Grand Cuvée sparkling wine

Marcado a Ferros Grand Cuvée is a seductive, striking and unique sparkling wine. Made from ancestral winemaking, passed down from generation to generation, with a lot of empiricism and centuries of history, of trial and error. It has an open yellow hue and very fine, persistent bubbles.

Vinification: Fermentation in barrels. Bottle ageing for a minimum of 24 months.

Tasting notes: Delicate aromas, without great bursts of exuberance, citrus fruit, red apple, quince peel, with a good amount of cookie and bakery notes. A sparkling wine with a lot of lightness and elegance.

Grape varieties: Mixture of old grape varieties with 50 to 60 years old
