Monte Meão Vinha dos Novos 2021

A balanced and aromatic red wine, with silky tannins and a persistent finish.

Winemaking Vineyards: After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot treading in granite presses. The must is transferred to small, temperature-controlled vinification vats. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine is aged in second and third year French Allier oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Excellent color, very vivid. A very floral nose with citrus notes. On the palate, its floral profile remains and enchants with its softness. The palate is extraordinarily elegant, with excellent acidity and present but fine tannins.
