Created by Pedro Pimentel Pereira, this Dão wine uses traditional grape varieties from old vines, capturing the essence and richness of the region. Variety: Touriga Nacional.

Vinification: Fermentation in cement vats with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, malolactic fermentation in barrels and 24 months ageing in used French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 13.5 %
