'Fresh from Amphora' Herdade do Rocim 2021

Herdade do Rocim Fresh from Amphora 2021 is the result of a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Niepoort, in an approach to the Nat'Cool concept and its philosophy of relaxed, easy-drinking wines. This interpretation uses the ancient method of making carved wine, with the amphorae contributing to a light, fresh and very harmonious wine.

Tasting notes: Made from the first grapes to be harvested and with only one month of carving, it is a red wine with an open color and a very delicate aroma, with beautiful strawberry and raspberry fruit. Smooth on the palate, full of balance, refreshing in its fruity acidity, very light and appetizing. A wine reminiscent of the old “farmer's wines”, but with a cleanliness of fruit that was once rare...
