Winemaking Vineyards: The Quinta do Vesuvio grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the Quinta do Sol Reserve Winery. At the winery, the bunches are selected and the berries are gently crushed before being fermented in small vats. After fermentation, the grapes are macerated to extract the tannins from the seeds, which increases the wine's ageing potential.

Varieties: 75% Touriga Nacional, 22% Touriga Franca, 3% Tinta Amarela
