Vinification: Pressing (pneumatic press), fermentation in stainless steel vats and bottle ageing. Ageing for 3 years.

Tasting notes: Citrus/gold colour and very fruity and floral aroma. Persistent flavour of dried fruit, with great balance and harmony with the fruit.
