Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande Tinto 2021 is a classic, intense Douro wine with a distinct character that reflects all the richness and quality of the region in creating the best blended wines. It is part of the Casa Ferreirinha range of wines, the house with the longest tradition of quality wines in the Douro and one of the world's leading references.

Vinification: It is vinified in the modern Quinta do Seixo winery, in Cima Corgo, and in Quinta da Lêda, in the Upper Douro, using refined technology. After gentle crushing and destemming, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place with long macerations. During this phase, the grapes are gently macerated at a controlled temperature in order to extract the compounds that contribute to the wine's colour, aroma and flavour.

Tasting Notes: Hints of coffee and mulberry, juicy acidity and thick tannins. A powerful wine!
